  1. Eggs, seafood and chicken? I would like to see the research to prove that. What scientific research, double blind, placebo controlled studies were used?

  2. I've gone from 337 pounds down to 227 pounds over the last year. The only thing you have to do is cut out carbs, exercise daily (I'm in the gym six days a week) and practice portion control with your food. It's not rocket surgery, it just requires commitment.
