Our founder and owner, Chris Wagoner, is a life member of USCCA and believes in it completely! Why listen to him you say? Because he is a 33 year+ cop and police firearms instructor. He knows firearms!

USCCA is a great association that is designed to protect and educate the armed citizen! If you are thinking of carrying a firearm for self-protection, already carry one, have firearms in your home or know someone that does, this is for you!

USCCA provides education through its training courses, DVD’s and books. Online resources are first class and very well done. The USCCA magazine “Concealed Carry” is full of great tips, gear reviews, and legal information every responsible gun owner should know. If that was all they did that would be enough to check them out, but what is one of the best benefits is that they will provide legal protection for you if you are involved in that life and death incident where you use your firearm for self-defense! That’s right they have insurance for your firearms and also will provide legal counsel if you need them because of a shooting incident. That alone is worth the membership fees! 1. I usually start my day with about 500 push ups, then run 10 miles full sprint, take a 2 minute rest and crank out about 1000 pull ups. That is just in the first hour or so.

  2. The competitive scores seem too light. Do they have to do all of these excercises right after each other? If so, it would be gruesome!

  3. is that all they need to do to be admitted into the SEAL's? cause in my country, they do a lot more and it's a far poorer country

  4. I did this prior to the Navy, I did very well on the run, push ups and pull ups, all above the competition scores but my swim was at ten mins….fml, too old for that now lol

  5. Guys… When it says Competitive Score, does that mean minimum requirement or is that the number that is classed as a "good" score?

  6. I honestly know for a fact that I could do all that (I'm a competitive swimmer and work out regularly) but I don't think I could some some of the other tasks

  7. lots of tough guys on the internet…probably couldn't meet the minimum requirements to go to buds so they are angry cuz on Xbox they were super commandos…Bunch of non qual dink pukes…

  8. speaking as somebody who just watches these clips, it seems that the idea is to see who can last. They all feel the pain, but who wants to finish? That's the test.

  9. I know I could pass the physical stuff, but planning and executing operations under intense stress and deprived nutrition would be the real challenge

  10. Does no one understand that this SCREENING is only a small littler test to see if you are even potentially qualified for BUD/s and CQC? So please stop saying "oh I can do that" or "SEALs are weak if that's all they have to do"… Because this video is basically the PE version of SEAL Training.

  11. Success in combat has nothing to with how many pushups or situps a person can do LOL. These guys are fags. The fact that they would think for one second that this kind of physical antics has anything to do with combat reveals them to be a bunch of panty waste knuckleheads. Real combat is about something else altogether. The most effective people in combat were people like Adie Murphy and William Colby who were wirey little guys with big hearts and small muscles! William Colby parachuted into Norway and conducted guerrilla operations none of these muscle bound jackasses could possibly be able to to LOL. I laugh at these jocks LOL. Colby and every other real Commando would never have met the IDIOTIC requirements of these DUMBASS seal instructors. They are faggots.

  12. That moment when you're already tougher that the minimum for navy seals. I'm not dissing. Most of them are far above that baseline.

  13. jeepers — Ironman training is waaaaay worse………..
    Monday – 4km swim
Tuesday 13km run and 50km bike ride
    Wednesday 4km swim
Thursday 13km run and 50km bike ride
    Friday off
Saturday 150km bike ride and 10 km ride off the bike
    Sunday 2km swim , 40km ride , 10km run
