IDF – Navy Warns Flotilla (31 May 2010)

Israel Navy: “Mavi Marmara, you are approaching an area of hostilities which is under a naval blockade. The Gaza area coastal region and Gaza harbor are closed to all maritime traffic. The Israeli government supports delivery of humanitarian supplies to the civilian population in the Gaza Strip and invites you to enter the Ashdod port. Delivery of supplies in accordance with the authorities’ regulations will be through the formal land crossings and under your observation, after which you can return to your home ports on the vessels on which you have arrived.”

Response: “Negative, negative.”

  1. The U.N. “found that Israel’s blockade of Hamas-ruled Gaza is LEGAL" and ISR "owes no apology or reparation to Turkey.”

    ~THE TELEGRAPH 7-7-11 online~

    Far from a "hijack"! @happyglee
and watch?v=pMmDfvAMTqc shows who "attacked" whom as Israel made this LEGAL inspection (not a "hijack"). Got "slotted" b/c HE was a "heartless Nazi" GBH'ing ppl.

Click "show more" on watch?v=dQuB8XmRKZ4 for Danish gov exposee of IHH & more

  2. @ISR48L No. Follow the link. Obviously those who commit such acts are evil, but that is no justification for a slaughter of Palestinians by Israelis. 100 eyes for an eye? Seems reasonable!

  3. @shaggyace
Oh, I see, that's why he was slotted in the head! That seems fucking reasonable, you heartless nazi! Maybe the commandos shouldn't have attacked the boat?

  4. @beepu2 they used a time machine? so now we're in the middle of a sci fi movie? if you're going to make claims, back them up with empirical proof– clearly you're not an educated one….

  5. im israeli- i really want to know why you think "Palestine" is the solution?- i want peace too, but their leaders- the ones that will rule Palestine as a country- are terrorists, they murdered innocent people and will continue doing that as another arab dictatorship- israel is the home of many good jewish people!

  6. I hope Israel wakes up and realizes what is happening around the world….. I do feel very sad for all people who migrated there for past 4 decades as to find a new home there. It doesn't make sense what they did or doing now, but be careful, I don’t think you can get out from the hole that dogged yourself easily.

  7. LOOOOOOL I cant stop laughing when I remember how those cowards wet their pants and cry when they confronted UNARMED PEACE ACTIVISTS !! so much for "special forces" LOOOOOOOOOOOL terrorists are always cowards i guess

  8. @beepu2 This ISN'T fake footage! This is just one of the many times Israel warned Mavi Marmara about what was going to happen! The crew intentionally put all the passangers in danger by neglecting this.

  9. Israel terrorist illegal stat.
zionism is a crime against the mankind.
    shalom, salam, peace.

  10. After claiming that the only way to deal with the Palestinian Authority was a large-scale attack, Netanyahu was asked by one of the participants whether or not the United States would let such an attack come to fruition.

“I know what America is,” Netanyahu replied. “America is a thing you can move very easily, move it in the right direction. They won’t get in their way.”

He then called former president Bill Clinton “radically pro-Palestinian,”

  11. translation: we know that you're in international waters about to enter the sovereign waters of another nation. we don't care. we assert authority over both the international waters and the sovereign waters of another nation, regardless of international law. we actually think that this speil we're regurgitating justifies our self-arrogated prepotence. we will splash it on the u-toob to try and look legit. hello? hello?

  12. The Guardian :

"Nine Turkish men on board the Mavi Marmara were shot a total of 30 times and five were killed by gunshot wounds to the head, according to the vice-chairman of the Turkish council of forensic medicine, which carried out the autopsies for the Turkish ministry of justice today."

so 30 divided by 9 gives us approximately 3 bullets per person …. and they try making us think Israel has a real army … lol … a band of butchers is more likely

  13. @truthlogic1 After they finish their military service, they are civilians, even if they are in the reserves. As they are no longer actively serving, they are not considered combatants, and reservists can only be targeted after they have been called up and re-enter active service. Also, only 57% of Israelis actually serve, with the rest being exempt. So the civilian population of Israel does not lose its protected status.

  14. this video is fake; it does not take place during the situation. OY! Naval Media watch your pipeline, its leaking!

  15. @Ne0lio

even without equal weapons ,, idf away from its jets is completely NOTHING lol.. idf can be efficient in starwar movies thats all

  16. Interesting quote from the article "Israeli hires Internet soldiers":

"……Our people will not say: ‘Hello, I am from the policy-explanation department of the Israeli Foreign Ministry and I want to tell you the following.’ Nor will they necessarily identify themselves as Israelis. They will speak as net-surfers and as citizens, and will write responses that will look personal but will be based on a prepared list of messages that the Foreign Ministry developed.”

  17. @flumoxed2 you're wrong
that obvious in our day only nations that have unique religion and language are deserve for states. australia which don't have any unique religion and language has much less right to exist than israel!!

  18. @flumoxed2 their land? and when you ,the australian ,stole the lands of the Aborigines that was moral, isn"t it? you're hypocrite!!
this is a jew land!!!! the arabs (there is no such thing Palestinians,
this is a roman lie) are the intruders
the hamas is non democratic terror organision like the nazis so their election is illegal!!!!

  19. If you call "humanitarian aid" martyring a group of people to further polarize the world's extremists against a certain race, or creed a "good thing" then I really just feel bad.

Those humanitarians are feeding a hate machine, nothing more. They became martyrs only to those who already are a part of that machine of hatred IMO. The rest of us are going (???, why did they attack soldiers and expect anything else?)

Why doesn't it embarrass you when you see your peers seething with hatred?

  20. I mean take a look around you. Most of the support for Israel doesn't use terms of hatred, doesn't use racial slurs, doesn't attack religion, doesn't talk about death to ANYONE. But check any number of random comments from Youtube, and you WILL see "death to israel", "make them pay" "hitler" "nazi" "evil"

I even got some dude making death threats at me and saying I "must be a Jew" (as if that's a bad thing) and I will get my punishment one day, just because of my opinions.

  21. Violence is never the answer, under the guise of peace. Never. The proof is, the Israeli forces were armed with paintball guns and gas. The activists were armed with metal pipes and motolov cocktails. Which kills? I mean do you really think they just came on board shooting? Where's the logic in that?

I can't believe you think violence from humanitarians is the right answer. That's just the answer to further political agenda and hatred, friend.

  22. A diverse mix of Jews and Christians and Atheists? Are you kidding? Don't give me that bullshit, we all know it's not going to fly. Just because there were a couple Europeans and a Jew out of 700 people, mostly Turkish Muslims, a "diverse mix" this does not make.

And I'm getting the word "extremism" from watching the Al-Jazeera story, showing them chanting about the Jews and a woman talking about martyrdom, or is that just another coverup of the Zionists or something?

  23. 1. There is a naval blockade. It was not an act of piracy because it is during a wartime conflict. Israel’s acts must be analyzed in terms of the law of naval warfare. They neither need, nor want those goods for themselves.
    2. Do you suggest that Israel open up borders without any checkpoints or inspections themselves, when they are the ones in danger of terrorism? They wanted to inspect the goods, they have the right, because of the conflict. Are you also an advocate of illegal smuggling?

  24. lol, hey can you do me a favor and not reply with like five massive paragraphs, I don't want to do the "all day spam arguing" thing… But I will address a couple points.

  25. Why are you guys spending so much time defending what is obviously an extremist view on how to handle this situation? Do you guys really REALLY want death to Israel? Is that really going to stop all the bickering in the middle east? Is that really the solution? The situation is precarious, and it seems to me like the most extremist political and religious views are ruining the chances of everyone, and you guys are defending it… Why? Because provoking bloodshed and violence somehow wins?

  26. When you want to get a point across, you drop all pretenses of "war" and "agenda". From watching those videos, and I've watched everything here, all I see is people with a political agenda trying to make a statement. But in the end they have failed because all they have done is divided everyone's opinions on the matters into extremist sides. "Death to Israel" "Palestines are terrorists"… No one is thinking about the point of a "peace flotilla" and what it should have meant.

  27. Plus, they were armed. It doesn't matter what they were armed with, what matters is these activists, in the name of peace, were armed. Don't pretend that it was self-defense… I'm sorry but in the name of peace, no humanitarian would ever fight back. Why bring the press with you when all you are gonna show is your guys beating on Israeli soldiers? What's the logic? It's not about peace, it's about a violent display in defiance. There's a difference.

  28. I'm sorry but anyone chanting racist stuff about Jews and talking about martyrdom is not a humanitarian in my eyes, they are more political activists. Anyone who drags soldiers boarding a ship off a rope, trying to beat him to death, is not a humanitarian. Maybe the rest of those people on the ships were, but if they REALLY cared about those goods getting to GAZA, they wouldn't have been trying to break through a blockade and resorting to violence in the first place.

  29. The US Military Magazine; Veterans Today, has released confrirmation that the video which the Israeli Army sent to the Media of the tradegy on the Flotilla aid boat, showing Israeli commados as victims of an attack by activists, is in fact FAKE VIDEO, manufactured by Israel.

  30. @sion5509: I actually meant civility, there's been plenty of insults from pro-palestinian side, sorry my bad.

@flumoxed2: Honestly, I think the answer here between you two is somewhere in the middle. Talking points aren't going to help anybody. The more you view people as people, and less as entities or race, the more understanding you can get as to the motives of why. I really just don't see the point of all this bickering, for hours and hours and hours. Maybe try to understand eachother?
