  1. whats on the outside, may not necessarily be on the inside, just because it may look O.K – Doesnt mean it is – seems to be a bit of a theme with Chinese Military.

  2. Outside world may understand China from: (1) history and (2) Confucius philosophy.
    1. Chinese love peace, entertainment and wealthy life instead of war/killing.
My hometown unerathed 2500 years old Chime Bell in 1978, made of alloy of bronze and gold! Chinese ancestor created metallurgy, cast and foundry, and music. At that time, Chinese already mastered advanced technologies but only used them to make musical instruments instead of weapons (such as lance spear , big sword, etc ).
    See unearth process,
    2. Confucius's principles have commonality with Chinese tradition and belief.
Confucius (/kənˈfjuːʃəs/ kən-FEW-shəs;[1] 551–479 BC) espoused the well-known principle "Do not do to others what you do not want done to yourself", the Golden Rule. Chinese hate other country to invade China, certainly China don't want to invade other country, this is our philosophy.

  3. Doubt it will last months out there, they might be able to afford an aircraft carrier, but do they have the same determination, I hope they know the odds, the U.S. has over 30 carriers, China and Russia has one, and there is a reason why Russia only has one, the cost to maintain a carrier is what causes them to break down and give up.
